Frederick Stoddon

Fred Stoddon is a Survival and First Aid Instructor and the International Survival and Bushcraft Webmaster.

Joining the Royal Air Force Regiment at 17, Fred spent significant military time in Central America, the South Atlantic, Germany and Europe.  After working for the British Forces, Fred became an archaeological site supervisor working for four years after the reunification in East Germany and 8 years for the Germany Archaeological State Services.  During this time he became a member of the German Company for Experimental Archaeology actively involved with primitive skills.  Since 2005 he works for a renowned worldwide children's charity.

Fred is an experienced and seasoned outdoorsman with a passion for survival training stemming back almost 32 years. His knowledge is based not only on training, but exposure of real life survival situations.

During Fred´s service in the British Armed Forces, he gained experience in Jungle Survival and Jungle warfare training with the British Army and with SAS instructors at the military Jungle Warfare and Survival School in Belize, Central America.

 

Frank Servas

 

 

Frank Servas is a German State Proved skilled forest worker (Forstwirt) with 19 years forestry experience.

As a part of Frank´s training and his job is the identification, management and protection of the forests fauna and flora not to mention the, identification, management and falling of trees.

Frank Servas is a German State Proved skilled forest worker (Forstwirt) with 19 years forestry experience.

As a part of Frank´s training and his job, is the identification, management and protection of the forests fauna and flora not to mention the identification, management and falling of trees.

Frank is also a State proved Instructor teaching the practice and techniques of falling trees safely, not only with chain saws but also the older classical methods using Axe´s, saws and wedges.

He also teaches Survival Students how to identify trees and other flora of the forest.
